Hawzah News Agency- Ms. Ghadir Taha, from the Hazrat Narjis (peace be upon her) Women’s Department affiliated with Al-Mustafa University’s representative office in Iraq, received the top honor in the first edition of the award.
The Hakim International Award is designed to build a bridge between academic research and the practical needs of the modern state by linking intellectual work with policymaking processes. The initiative seeks to transform theoretical studies into applicable strategies, implemented under the supervision of the Anki Institute for Research and Studies, which operates under the office of Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim.
Organizers said the award recognizes scientific excellence while underscoring the capacity of seminary-based educational institutions to train individuals capable of engaging with real-world challenges and contributing to the formulation of effective development policies.
The initiative is part of broader efforts to encourage young researchers to present practical, research-based solutions grounded in academic rigor and a clear understanding of societal needs, with the aim of serving their communities and promoting sustainable development.
